EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

By purchasing a ticket or registering for the 3rd Annual Squirrel Jam, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Details

  • Date: January 25, 2025

  • Time: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM 

  • Venue: Moonlight Stables, 2462 Harmony Grove Church Rd, Dallas, GA 30132

  • This is a rain, shine, or snow event, and all activities will proceed as long as it is deemed safe to do so.

2. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for inclement weather or failure to attend the event.

  • In the event of cancellation due to an Act of God (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies, or conditions beyond the organizers’ control), ticket holders will be notified, and all ticket sales will be refunded.

  • Squirrel Jam Corporation reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the schedule or programming without issuing refunds.

3. Participation Requirements

  • Hunters must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to squirrel hunting regulations.

  • All participants in the squirrel weigh-in competition must follow the rules outlined in the official competition guidelines.

  • Squirrel Jam Corporation is not responsible for hunting activities conducted offsite and assumes no liability for violations of hunting laws or regulations.

  • By attending the event, participants and attendees assume all risks associated with their participation and attendance, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.

  • Squirrel Jam Corporation, its partners, sponsors, and venue owners shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or injuries resulting from participation in this event.

  • Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly. The organizers reserve the right to remove individuals who engage in disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior.

  • No hunting is permitted at or near the event venue under any circumstances.

7. Squirrel Preparation for Future Events

  • Squirrels harvested during this event will be cleaned, packaged, and saved to be used for the 4th Annual Squirrel Jam, where they will be featured in dishes such as squirrel dumplings or jambalaya.

  • Squirrel tails will be donated.

  • The organizers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
